INNOVATIVE INVESTMENTS – INNOVATIVE MACHINERY
The project involves the addition of one machine (Stratasys J826 printer) capable of producing resin prototypes and three software modules, specifically:
a. Sales Forecasting software (demand forecasting)
b. SW for scheduling machines with finite capacity (optimization of set-ups and production sequences)
c. MES – Manufacturing Execution System (interfacing with machines and collecting processing times)
PROJECT PRO-PER
ADLER ORTHO aims to develop new strategies to customize metal prostheses manufactured in Additive Manufacturing. The project has the following objectives: – definition of a new prosthesis design methodology which, by integrating advanced modelling and simulation algorithms, optimizes the load transfer from a physiological point of view
