GENDER EQUALITY
ADLER ORTHO SPA believes in the value of gender equality in both corporate and social contexts.
Management therefore decided to embark on the process of obtaining gender equality certification in accordance with UNI/PdR 125:2022 in 2024, which was confirmed in 2025.

As part of this journey, in 2026 we also obtained a verification statement for our corporate carbon footprint. This important recognition confirms the reliability, transparency, and robustness of our greenhouse gas emissions measurement process, in line with the main applicable standards. This achievement further strengthens our commitment to monitoring our carbon footprint.
