As a company, we are committed to operating responsibly, adopting fair and ethical practices: our sustainable values are reflected in everything we do and are fundamental to our long-term success.

We believe that truly sustainable development is based on attention to people and the environment, as well as governance, sharing resources and expertise, and experimenting with ever-innovative solutions.

Sustainability is therefore an essential cornerstone of the ADLER ORTHO Group’s development strategy, acting as a value-creation element and competitive lever in the market.

In this section, we present our commitments, the certifications we have obtained, and the most significant results we have achieved.

GENDER EQUALITY

ADLER ORTHO S.p.a. believes in the values of gender equality within both business and social contexts and intends to ensure its commitment to gender equality as a fundamental pillar of its corporate culture.
The management has therefore decided to undertake the path of gender equality, aimed at reducing the gender gap in all areas considered most critical, such as professional growth opportunities within the company, pay equality, gender difference management policies, and the protection of maternity and paternity rights.

Starting from 2024, the company has obtained the gender equality certification.
For the development of an authentic culture of gender equality within the organization, a series of objectives have been set, including:

  • Contributing to the creation of a fair labor market in terms of equal career opportunities, competitiveness, and flexibility;
  • Supporting the increase of female employment;
  • Promoting the use of language that encourages dialogue and the overcoming of sexist expressions or behaviors;
  • Ensuring pay equity without any gender distinction;
  • Ensuring equal opportunities in the development of skills and the application of individual talents, guaranteeing equal and fair participation in training and enhancement programs, including leadership courses;
  • Supporting working mothers and fathers by providing policies and benefits, beyond the applicable national collective labor agreement, dedicated to maternity/paternity protection and services to help reconcile personal and work life.

With specific reference to this last point, starting from 2024, the company has made available to all employees a listening and psychological support service
